Beyond Meat Cheeseburger with Tomatoes and Pickles Recipe

This Beyond Meat Cheeseburger with Tomatoes and Pickles is a vegan take on a classic cheeseburger with a special sauce that will have you asking for seconds.

Ingredients

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • Heat a grill or grill pan on medium-high.
  • To make the burger sauce, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Grill the Beyond Meat burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Top each patty with a slice of vegan cheese and allow it to melt in the last minute of cooking.
  • Remove the patties from the grill and set aside for a few minutes to rest.
  • While the patties are resting, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  • On the bottom half of each bun, spread the burger sauce.
  • To each bun, place a lettuce leaf (if using), a Beyond Meat burger patty with melted cheese, a few slices of tomato, and 2-3 pickle slices.
  • Serve immediately after closing the burger with the top half of the bun.
