Bacon and Egg Cheeseburger on a Pretzel Bun Recipe
On a soft and chewy pretzel bun, enjoy the delicious combination of a classic cheeseburger, crispy bacon, and a fried egg. This dish is suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy.
- Set aside after removing from the pan.
- Make four equal portions of ground beef and shape into patties.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side on a grill or in a skillet over medium-high heat, or until fully cooked.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Cut the pretzel buns in half and lightly toast them.
- Melt 1 teaspoon butter in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Crack an egg into the skillet and cook until done to your liking.
- Repeat with the remaining eggs, each time adding 1 teaspoon of butter to the skillet.
- Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun before assembling the burgers.
- Serve with a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on top.
- Add a cheese patty and a slice of bacon.
- Top each patty with a fried egg.
- Finish with the pretzel bun's top half.
