Chicken Burger with BBQ Sauce, Pickles and Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

This chicken burger with BBQ sauce, pickles, and sweet potato fries is a delicious and healthy meal. Seasoned and grilled chicken breast fillets are topped with cheese, BBQ sauce, and pickles for a flavorful bite. The crispy sweet potato fries are seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, and other spices for an extra flavor boost.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Thinly slice the sweet potatoes.
  • Combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the sweet potato fries until well combined.
  • Put the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken breast fillets for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • The burger buns should be toasted.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun and assemble the burgers.
  • On top of the lettuce, place a chicken breast fillet and a slice of cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce should be spread on top of the cheese.
  • Serve with 2 pickles on top of the sauce.
  • The top half of the buns should be used to cover the burgers.
  • With the sweet potato fries, serve the chicken burgers.
