Instructions

  • The English muffins should be toasted.
  • In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Set the bacon aside after removing it from the skillet.
  • Cook the sliced tomato for 1-2 minutes on each side in the skillet.
  • Set the tomato aside after removing it from the skillet.
  • Cook until the whites of the eggs are set but the yolks are still runny in the skillet.
  • With a fork, mash the avocado and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
