Slider Egg Burgers Recipe
Slider egg burgers are a tasty twist on traditional sliders. The addition of an egg to the beef mixture adds moisture and flavor to the patties. They're the ideal party food or weeknight dinner, topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato.

- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Make 12 equal portions of the mixture and shape each into a small patty.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the patties are browned and cooked through.
- Allow a slice of cheddar cheese to melt slightly on top of each patty.
- Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom half of each slider bun to assemble the burgers.
- Top with a patty and the bun's top half.
- Serve right away and enjoy.
