Burger with Fries Onions, Mushrooms and Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
This burger comes with crispy sweet potato fries and delicious toppings like sautéed onions and mushrooms. It's ideal for a casual dinner or weekend barbecue.

- Cook Time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 45 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Toss the sweet potato fries in olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook until the sliced onion and mushrooms are softened and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Set aside after removing from the heat.
- Make four equal portions of ground beef and shape into patties.
- Season both sides of each patty with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side on a grill or in a skillet over medium-high heat, or until done to your liking.
- When the patties are almost done, melt a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each one.
- Place a patty on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the onion and mushroom mixture.
- Place the other half of the bun on top.
- Serve the burgers alongside the sweet potato fries.
